“Bill has recently done extensive roofing works for me, including installation of a new dry valley system, dry ridge system, replacing broken/cracked tiles, re-laying poorly fitted tiles, grp flat roof repair as well as custom modifications to the roof to ensure correct run off into the gutters.

I previously had a number of roofers who all made a mess of my roof whilst being paid handsomely to repair it, leaving us in a worse situation than when they started and several thousands out of pocket. Clearly this left us very wary of roofers and we found it difficult to trust another company to complete the repairs, as they all talked a good game but clearly fell short on delivering on their promises and stating work was done when it wasn't or done very poorly.

Bill took the time to methodically check everything to arrive at the correct solution, showing photographs of everything that required attention. We were shocked at what these photos showed and the clear negligence of the previous roofers. Put simply we had been taken advantage of by the previous rogue companies. Bill promptly gave us a detailed quote of the necessary works and gave details of a recent reference whom we spoke to at length and gave us a glowing recommendation and thus confidence in proceeding with Bill. We also visited the addresses he supplied where he had done equivalent works.

Bill started the roofing works quickly and even juggled his other workload as he recognised our need to have the work completed asap. Bill worked extremely hard, was very diligent and has a no nonsense approach to what he does, even rectifying other issues as he came across them.

All the work done was evidenced by many photos showing progress from before work started, during the works and once repairs completed. Bill kept the site clean and tidy and was a pleasure to deal with. He is the only person who actually did what he said he would and actually went above and beyond. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Bill for your roofing needs. He has restored our faith in humanity and we only wish we had used Bill in the first place.
